Have been some time since i updated. It has been more than a week since my exams ended!
3rd November (Last paper)
After BGGC last paper, the bunch of us without Jo went to Crystal Jade Palace at Ngee Ann City for dinner. We ordered a set dinner for six pax. Each paid about $30 odd. But the food was worth it.. very delicious! After which we went to Party World Orchard to sing our hearts out! Finally i get to sing my favourite F.I.R songs together with Chris!
6th November (DPP2 interview)
Interview at SIM @ 4plus. It was interview of the curriculum and future career. My interviewers are ok people, luckily, which made me less tense and more confident. However, i did not prepare anything for the interview. Therefore, most of the time, i do not know what i'm talking about. Anyway it is the last stage of my degree program. After which, we went out for dinner with Chris. Initially, our plan was to go to Sakae Sushi at Heeren. But the place was packed, thus, we decided to go to Suki Sushi at Cineleisure. While there, we saw the entrance filled with people, as they are watching the SI finalists and waiting for their autographs. But i can't even catch a glimpse of them. But it's ok! Later on we walked down hoping to digest some of the food in order to fill our stomach with dessert - ice-cream at Swensens. We chatted for a while before i left first to meet Der.
7th November
Der brought me to his grandma's house for a while before we proceeded for my long-awaited Japanese buffet dinner at his workplace. It was my first time eating Japanese style buffet. The sashimi was fresh and delicious. Wow, the thought of it makes me drools! After that, i went to play a bit of golf. This was only my second time playing golf. But nevertheless, it was fun!
Latest update: I've finally mastered cycling on 14 November with Der! Don't know how i managed to do it, but within one try, i can balance easily.. But it was after two fruitless learning days, one with Joyce, one with Der, all three seperate days! Maybe i've understood the way to cycle ba.. Ha! But i fell down terribly when going down a slope.. and incurred a deep cut on my left leg.. But at least, i can cycle now!

Met up Der at 7pm and we went for dinner at IMM.. it felt good being with him and not having to face my books at home.. though my paper is tomorrow! I don't have much confidence at all...
Had steamboat dinner at home with Mum last night.. ate until very full till i had a stomach upset.. luckily today okay already.. long time never ate already felt it was delicious.. i asked Mum to prepare steamboat again tomorrow.. ha.. so she don't need to cook.. save her the trouble..
I sent in resumes to some companies.. i guess it's about time to hunt for a job already.. i don't have much money left to survive for long!
Ok.. need to turn in early already as i have a morning paper tomorrow.

Had my first paper today.. was damn tough.. though it was an open book paper, and i had prepared my answer scripts beforehand, the questions were not what i expected.. it was totally different from the past exam questions.. anyway it is over and i hope to pass..
After the paper, jo, wk, zx and me went to Sakae Sushi at Wheelock Place.. we chat about school, future work, life in melbourne etc.. Chatting with them is always great as they are interesting and i always managed to learn something from them.. hee.. Too bad chris joined her other group of kakis and je went home to study his Finance paper which falls also on next Mon. My Marketing paper falls on next Mon too..
On the way back, i saw a red Ferrari which was so striking and stylish.. how i wished i will own one of those next time.. But just wishful thinking yeah..

Been a long long time since i last update.. these few weeks i just slack at home and study for my exams which will be starting this Thursday.. but didn't managed to study much. i think it's super duper difficult.. it's because the last semester already.. everything that we have learnt for the past 2 years will be tested.. so damn difficult.. there are 3 papers together, 2 of which are open book exams.. and we have to prepare our answer scipts beforehand.. which we have to use our assignments, search for information on Internet and books.. Anyway heard from J that our counterparts in Melbourne, RMIT can bring home their exam scipts for one week or so.. just like an assignment.. but they need to have references.. so makes no difference actually..
Went to have dinner at Lau Pa Sat with Der, his family and his extended family (mother side) just now. It was some sort like a farewell dinner to Der's youngest brother as he is entering army soon.. the food was so so only.. did not order too much as it was his uncle footing the bill.. hope to go there again with Der's family as i am craving for the "lala". Yummy!!
In the meantime just hope to pass all my papers!

The result for the last 8 finalists are out last night... David Yeo was eliminated.. rather sad.. thought that Christopher will be out, felt that he did not perform as well as David.. Anyway Sylvester and Maia are in, and this keeps me watching Singapore Idol every week.. Hehe!!

Ok.. been on a binge for the past week and i realised i've gained 2kg.. argh.. time to control myself..
Ist October *My Birthday*
Met up with Der in the middle of the night and he passed me my presents and i had a go on his car, though it was my second time driving his car, i still find it hard to operate.. but anyway, practice makes perfect! In the afternoon, we went to Clementi and I bought a game "Cruise Ship Tycoon".. but was rather difficult to play.. later on, we walked around the pasar malam. After which, we proceeded to West Coast Recreation Centre. We went to have a game of bowling before we settled for dinner at Jack's Place. We both ordered chicken and steak combo, escargots and a lobster bisque. It was my first time trying escargots.. it tastes like mussels.. not bad.. =P. There were still some time so we went to Ginza Plaza to shop around before he sent me home and he went to work his graveyard shift.. =(
2nd October
Met up with Joyce and we went on a shopping spree.. At Wisma Isetan, i bought lots of biotherm products.. moisturizer, eye cream, lip gloss.. and there were lots of free gifts and samples.. yippie!! Joyce bought a DKNY watch for herself at emotus (I hope i got the name correct). We proceeded to Suntec City at the convention hall to have our dinner. It was a steamboat buffet. There were a lot of variety.. i like especially the prawns, fish, mussels and lalas.. yummy.. but i ate until my stomach was about to burst..
Yup.. so eaten so much this past week.. it's time to control my diet once again.. >_

Just backie! Today after our last project meeting, we went to Cafe 211 @ Holland Village to have a sumptuous meal to celebrate the end of our school projects and my birthday! Ordered a Beef Lasagne which tastes delicious and filling, after which Chris and Jo had a birthday surprise for me which was a Tiramisu treated as my small birthday cake! I thank Chris and the rest for the efforts which made my birthday a memorable one and of course the treat.. will be sure to remember this day always in my heart!
After all the projects, it's time to prepare for exams.. but i shall take a break for a few days before preparing.. There's still time for play and relax!

This semester passed by very quickly, very soon, exams coming and we will go on our separate ways and vie for the jobs in the industry, hopefully will be able to find a stable job soon..
This Monday, went for dinner with my gal friends to celebrate one of the gal's birthday at Olio Dome.. after which we went to NUDE @ Wisma Atria to chill.. it was rather cosy and comfortable.. with jazz band in the background...
Today, ZX passed me a birthday present, thought it did not suit me very well, i still thank her for her gesture.. =)
Ok now feeling rather relaxed already, as i'm left with just one more project, hopefully wil be able to hand up tomorrow, with no hiccups whatsoever.

It's been a while since i last updated.. well.. as usual busy with my projects.. now left with 2 more, with 1 due tomorrow.. so 1 down.. i will be more relaxed.. but the last one is the most difficult ~ Managing Strategically.. anyway will do my best, just hope to score well for all these projects.. with my hectic schedule.. everyday reaching home at 7 plus.. i still managed to relax with my project mates after handing in a project last Thursday, went to Partyworld (again!).. this time it was a crowd, with six people.. but was really tired by the end of the 4 hours karaoke session.. i think it is due to the late nights for the past few weeks..
Yesterday went to Der's smallest brother 21 birthday chalet.. They booked four rooms at Downtown East Pasir Ris.. I went to play X-box (There were one set in every room)for the first time! I think i am very "suaku", I played only PS before! Anyway it was fun just sitting there playing with the game.. =P. After that Der and I went to walk around.. there were not much to see.. In the evening, bbq started.. There were four bbq pits so there were a lot of room to cook my food =P. There were a lot of bbq food like chicken wings, hotdogs, otah, squids etc and of course my favourite ~ crayfish! I ate a lot of crayfish.. there were 3 boxes!! It was more than enough to cater to all the people.. there were family from both sides, his two brothers' friends, his parents' friends.. there were so many people.. and his dad bought lanterns for the kids.. yes, his brother got many angbaos from his aunties and uncles.. can see that he is well liked by them especially his parents to organise this huge birthday party for him.. *sigh* this is the first time in years that i feel family warmth..

Just got back.. went to chapter 2 as planned.. for cut, dye and treatment.. there's some streaks of highlights.. overall the colour is not bad but it is not so obvious.. the colorist was very patient and nice and kept asking me if i feel any pain while she was dyeing my hair.. i quite like my new hairstyle.. i asked the cutter, to crop the fringe, trim a bit for me with layers.. it's not so thick now. While i was at the salon, there were not a single customer.. as i went @ 1 plus and the whole process took abt 4 hours. Thanks to Joyce who was accompanying me throughout even though she's sick! Anyway rather satisfied with their service and overall result. Will probably go back again if i wanna cut or colour my hair next time!

I think i have giddy spells recently, whenever i just woke up either from a nap or night's sleep.. will feel giddy.. I'm not sure what causes this.. hopefully will recover soon.
Anyway update on "The Next Big Thing".. Benjamin Ng won the trophy.. but i think he wasn't the best.. i feel that Agnes should have won instead.. she performed very well that night and stood out from the rest.. i never thought that guy would win.. i think he wins because of his looks and popularity.. all the three segments he done is not that good.. anyway hope Agnes and the rest will also rise to stardom! They are real talented.. =)

Preparing for my powerpoint presentation on this coming Monday.. hopefully everything goes well.. and hopefully J will mail me the final copy of DPP today so that i can do the overall editing which is also due on Monday.. A lot of things to rush.
I skipped Sherman's lecture on Fri again. I can't stand his lecture, always damn long and have to endure his preaching.. on the contrary, i like Jeffrey way of teaching.. his humorous and lively character brought life to the boring subject on "Government and Politics".. I will never fail to attend his lesson.. but a pity that his last lecture will be next week.. gonna miss him.. hehe..
Contemplating whether to go to chapter 2 for cut, dye and treatment.. correct me if i'm wrong, heard it is $135 flat rate for all hair length? But wonder are they good? Hope to get a new hairstyle before my birthday this october.. though i don't have any plans for celebration.. anyway my hair is getting so dull.. time for a new image. Haha. Hopefully to get it done next week!
Yeah.. later watching "The Next Big Thing" finals on channel U.. wonder who will be the winner? My favourites are Grizelda Lee and Kate Ong.. and Agnes Wong is very pretty.. hope one of them will win.. hm.. but they invited William Hung to be one of the judges.. Will he be able to give justified comments? I ponder.

Been about a week since i last update.. was rather busy and tired this week.. ha.. For the past two days, were in school with Zhaoxin to do our assignments.. from about 11am to 6pm.. was so tired by the time i got home.. slept for about two hours after i got home today.. this week is the first week since i entered SIM that i go to sch everyday of the week!
31 August, Tues
Met up with Joyce and Jeslyn for dinner cum Gelato.. We decided to go to Geleteria Venezia @ Sixth Avenue instead of our initial plan to Estivo Gelateria @ Greenwood Avenue as it was rather late already.. I felt that it was quite nice but of course it couldn't be compared to the one Lygon Street @ Melbourne.. Ha.. Well we should try the Estivo someday..

Der came over and brought me to IMM after his work, it had been some time since i been there and we shopped around for a while before we went to have dinner. For a Wed, i feel that IMM was rather crowded despite the inaccessibility.. Anyway after dinner, we went to BEST to shop for a notebook. He was planning to buy one for work purposes but not sure which one is suitable.. shall do more information search on the different types of models before deciding on one..
Tomorrow need to go to school for BGGC lecture early in the morning as tomorrow's lecture is very important for exams! Well.. back to searching for latest news on my BGGC journal about cigarettes...

Had project meeting with my team mates.. all was going well initially.. but after chris left, zx had a heaty argument with j***.. it left the rest of us stunned, we don't know what to do.. if only chris was still there, i think she's the only one who can control the situation. After that, we went home on our separate ways. Maybe it is because that both of them are Leos, thus both of them can't give way to the other.. how true this is.. And i find that i'm always the one who is sandwiched in the middle.. maybe it's because i'm too easy going.. anyway i can't stand j*** also, after all the incidents.. sometimes i hope he will stop talking to me.. but i still need to endure at least for 1 month plus more... -_-|||
Got back MSE result.. was rather satisfied with it, as i spent minimal effort on this assignment.. hope that the rest of the project can help to pull my overall results up.. =)

Will be having IM test next monday.. though it only carries a weightage of 10%, there are a total of 12 chapters to cover! But i do not have any mood to study at this moment.. even my projects have come to a standstill. I had been playing games all day.. but can't log in to FP today.. wonder is it my pc problem as i can see other podders logging in? At least i can still surf the site but can't post any replies.. wonder any podders having the same problem as me?

After handing in our projects today, we went for lunch @ clementi, together with Zhaoxin, Chris, Jeff and Waikin. Realised that KFC had relocated its outlet just opposite.. anyway after that Chris suggested going to Ktv.. there's a new KBox outlet just above KFC.. i dragged Waikin along too, but Jeff and Zhaoxin could not join us.. so the three of us went ahead but to partyworld instead.. alas! the songs are not what we expected.. were looking forward to sing F.I.R songs but it only had a few of their songs and not what we wanted to sing.. nevertheless we sang for about 4 hours until we are worn out.. hmm.. it had been a long time since i sang ktv.. maybe getting out of touch.. haha..
18 August, Wed *Bad experince at Robinsons*
Went to orchard road with zhaoxin at the last min when the network server @ school were down.. saw a nice pair of thongs @ robinsons and i decided to get that.. however there were no salesgirls to assist us.. saw that they are all idling and chatting away rather than serving customers.. and there was one salesgirl who was busy attending to a caucasian and completely oblivious to me.. i would have walked away if i was not in need of the thongs.. in fact i had walked around a few malls looking for a suitable one, was actually looking for flip flops but couldn't find a nice pair.. so in the end, i reluctantly approached one of the salegirls and she attended to me.. i will never go back there again~ ~Mad!!~

Today had a bit of headache after watching two videos in lecture. However one of the video is rather interesting, is featuring "SWING SINGAPORE" in 1990 when i was only about 9 years old... It shows that Singaporeans are celebrating NDP that night at orchard road with songs, dances, plus cheers... hiaks hiaks! After that, Waikin, Jeff, Chris and I skipped Sherman's lecture and brought them to the Bukit Timah Market to try the tou hua with glutinous rice ball.. have been eating that a lot these days.. oops.. i must control myself already.. omg.. anyway have a great time crapping with them.. and making fun of Waikin.. lolz..
After dinner, met up with Der and i accompanied him to eat dinner. And he forced me to eat with him.. and he even ordered the fried youtiao for me.. wow.. i feel that my shorts are getting tighter.. really must lose weight again.. =(
Okie.. back to my projects again..
